What We Do

Office of Miller and Drozdowski

We help disabled individuals with their application for disability benefits with the Social Security Administration.

We will assist you at all stages of your claim. We can begin to help you before you file the initial application. We will help you with the forms, especially forms that are filed with the initial application because they can be very important to the ultimate success of your disability claim.

We will help you develop the medical evidence needed to have your claim approved. Social Security regulations are very complex and we understand the specific medical information the Social Security Administration will need to approve your claim.

If a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge is required, we will prepare you for the hearing and we will obtain updated medical evidence from your doctors and hospitals. We will present your case to the Administrative Law Judge.

Most claims are approved by the Administrative Law Judge. If a claim is denied, we are also experienced in filing successful appeals with the Appeals Council, United States District Court, and the Court of Appeals.

After your claim is approved, we can help you understand what additional information the Social Security Administration may need to pay you your benefits as soon as possible.
